Welcome to TGO Designs, where planning isn’t about doing more. It’s about making everyday life and small business work easier to manage.
I create practical Google Sheets templates, printable planners, journals, and resources that help you organize the moving parts, keep track of what matters, and build a little more structure around the things you do every day.
TGO Designs has evolved over the years, but I’m not new to creating practical systems. My background includes blogging, virtual assistance, content creation, digital products, content strategy, social media management, and behind-the-scenes support for online businesses. Across all of those roles, I kept returning to the same kind of work: taking a pile of moving parts and turning it into a clear, useful system someone could actually use.
That experience is only part of what shapes this shop. I’ve also spent 29 years managing the real-life logistics of parenting, home, schedules, school activities, work, and everything else that rarely stays inside neat boxes. Many of the tools here grew from systems I used, adapted, or wished I’d had while trying to keep track of all of it.
Today, TGO Designs brings those two sides of my experience together. I create flexible, practical tools for organizing everyday life and running a small business, without expecting you to follow a complicated system or do everything perfectly.
Google Sheets templates for home, family, personal, and small business planning
Printable planners, journals, and practical reference tools
Resources for organizing, budgeting, routines, content, products, travel, and more
A growing collection of free resources and helpful extras
I don’t believe getting organized should require you to become a different kind of person. A useful planning tool should be clear enough to understand, flexible enough to fit your life, and practical enough to keep using after the first burst of motivation wears off.
That’s what “unlock your potential” means here. Your potential is already there. The right tool simply gives your ideas, responsibilities, and plans somewhere useful to land.
Progress matters more than perfection.
Planning should support your life, not run it.
Simple systems are often the most effective.
The best tools leave room for real life.
Most of the tools in this shop started because I needed them myself, or because I looked at a familiar problem and thought there had to be a clearer way to manage it.
If you’ve ever found yourself juggling notes, lists, reminders, open tabs, and random pieces of paper, you’re in good company.
You’ll usually find me with a cup of coffee nearby, a spreadsheet open somewhere, and a growing list of ideas I’m convinced I can finish in a reasonable amount of time.
I hope you find a tool here that helps you organize what matters and plan a life that fits.
